exercise

Hi everyone, I am a caregiver in a way, I take an exercise class for young stroke survivors 18 - 55. We use brain gym exercises, chair exercises, uneven surfaces,a trampoline, hand apparatus, mental imagary, even a parachute! Has anyone out there found exercise helpful in their recovery? can you think of anything that we could try? Please give me your ideas, Thankyou folks, Amanda
